Position PurposeOur organization is seeking a highly motivated Jr.C&TM MarketingManager whose primary responsibility will be to implement and assess the performance of web and mobile based consumer programs. THE POSITION IS BASED IN THE TEANECK, NJ OFFICE LOCATION. ResponsibilitiesAnalyze tests and track results to provide team with meaningful insights and P2 recommendations on optimizing websites, e-mail communications, on-line advertising and coupon mailers
Main contact managing overall Pillar communication via Insight Online, creating presentation stories and active PowerPoint deck building to a variety of internal and external audiences
Implement web and mobile based consumer programs
Analyze and update brand reporting, specifically stats related to age verification, consumer call center, email blasts, sweepstakes, brand websites, and other consumer engagement programs
Analyze competitive marketing plans and provide recommendations based on insights
Coupons.com: create and track e coupons
Calculate and share ROI of direct marketing efforts in order to impact future DTC plans and assist in budget planning/development
Assist with management of third party vendors, specifically age verification, website programmers, consumer call center, third party consultants, and any other outside agencies
SAP Purchase requisition and Purchase Order creation for business requirements, process invoices and budgeting functions
Active involvement with RFP creation and administration, research potential new vendors
Exposure to Point of Sales Marketing developing displays and signage, agency creative and overall project management as needed
Processing field sales orders for POSM fulfillment
Qualifications & Experience- BA/BS Degree required
- 2-3 years experience in a marketing role that includes consumer and/or trade promotion management/execution (CPG preferred)
- A passion for brand-building / brand-stewardship
- Fluency in English, excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent computer skills with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- A proven self-starter
- Creative problem solver
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills: a consensus builder, works cross-functionally and is motivating and engaging
- Highly organized: ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and set appropriate priorities
