JOB DESCRIPTION
Java Technical Lead - Storm
8 years of experience in J2EE/Data Warehousing/BI with hands on expertise in executing Storm technology
Experience in designing and developing large scale and optimized frameworks / applications using Storm
In-depth hands on experience in database, ETL/ELT design and development
Write, test and implement applications/frameworks/scripts
Construct Korn shell driver routines (write, test and implement UNIX scripts).
Gather system design requirements, design and write system specifications.
Analyze, design, develop applications and frameworks using Storm with source & target types not limited to DBs & flat files.
Good knowledge of Near Real Time processing technologies and working experience in BigData technologies preferred.
SQL proficient.
Critical thinking and excellent verbal and written communication skills?
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities?
DWH experience
Ability to innovate and present new ideas/solutions.
Certification in J2EE preferred
Knowledge of Python scripting preferred.
Graduate/ Post-Graduate
