Job Description

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain professional relationships with allied healthcare professionals

Ability to sell services and opportunities to potential candidates.

Manage your own recruitment database

Pre-screen and evaluate potential candidates

Opportunity for internal growth and management positions

Job Requirements

** Highly energetic and goal oriented personality

** Superior written and verbal communication skills

** An ability to build lasting relationships with individuals at all levels of an organization

** A drive to increase sales through networking and relationship building

** Basic computer skills

** Prior experience in inside sales or recruiting preferred

** Bachelors Degree preferred
