The qualified CSRcandidate will be taking orders and inquiries via phone and email. Must be able to handle heavy phone volume, in a fast paced environment. 2 yrs. call center experience preferred.

This position requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook, customer service, product knowledge, quality focus, problem solving, documentation skills, listening, phone skills, resolving conflict, analyzing information, multi-tasking, organizational, verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual in French/English a plus!
