Data Project Manager at Pennington

Our client is seeking a Data Project Manager in Pennington, New Jersey (NJ). The Project Manager is responsible for overall support needed to operate program office for governing delivery of work across reference data technology which includes Client and Account Data. The following outlines the draft deliverables for which we need vendor support.

Qualifications:

• Candidates with 6-8 years exp in project management ideal


• Financial experience a must, ML experience a major plus (preferably in Technology)


• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn new skills is key


• Previous job stability within the same company is a major plus


• Strong written and verbal communication skills


• Enthusiasm for learning new things


• Being able to manage complex projects involving multiple development teams cross-functionally


• 6y+ years of experience in managing projects with multiple cross functional teams


• Manage projects through its Lifecycle including but not limited to Requirements Gathering, Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, and Rollout


• Establish standard milestone, issue, risk tracking and reporting process and templates including reports to use across the organization and governance meetings


• Support PMO and leads in using tools, processes to manage their delivery including helping creating/running weekly reports for managers, working groups


• Control Governance-Track and report on Controls, Audit, Business Continuity plans/issues


• Update/Enhance Milestone, Issue & Risks reporting process


• Assist with production of Steering Committee Materials


• Assist with coordination, collation of 2013 planning/budgeting


• Track and follow-up on open Management Action Items


• Desirable technology project management background

Additional Information:

• Recent Financial Experience is huge PLUS


• This group is handling Back End Data - Web Services - so this type of experience would be a huge PLUS.


• Prior ML Experience a huge PLUS
