Front Desk Manager

Future Fitness Centers seeks a full-time Front Desk Manager to oversee front desk staff in multiple locations (Southern New Jersey).

Requirements include:

Candidate must Supervise, Hire and Train Front Desk Staff

Must possess excellent verbal and written communications

Experienced only (7+ years) in managing staff in the same or similar industry

Able to motivate staff, increase morale, create a positive atmosphere while uphold company standards

Excellent Customer Service skills, dependable and punctual

Proficient with Microsoft programs

Shift will include some evenings

Flexible, self-starter will complete this excellent career opportunity
