Technical Recruiter:
In order to be successful you must have / be:
At least 1 year agency recruiting experience (preferred)
Ability to develop new relationships with clients and candidates through cold & warm calls
The Desire to determine the size of your paycheck based on your hard work
Extremely organized
Detail Oriented - A "perfectionist"
Disciplined
Strongwork ethic
Superb written & verbal communication skills
Email / Internet whiz

College degree (preferred)
Account Executive:
In order to be successful you must have / be:
At least 1 year of business to business selling experience - preferably in the staffing industry.
Ability to develop new relationships with clients through telephone calls, networking, & referrals
Ability to see that every problem is an opportunity to provide a solution
The Desire to determine the size of your paycheck based on your hard work
Fearless - Tough - Able to handle rejection and move on
