Currently, we are looking for an Experienced Big Box Retail Manager for our Cherry Hill, NJ location. This is the perfect position for a professional who excels in a high volume and customer centric environment.  The ideal candidate will have been recognized for their outstanding achievements with people and have a strong interest in learning about wine as a product and a business.

Job Requirements

Successful Managers should have:

• 5-7 years of Big Box retail or grocery management experience in a Store Manager role for a multi-million dollar location is required
• Customer service focus of both internal and external customers and basic operations
• A proven track record of driving sales and building winning teams
• Successfully trained and developed others, for internal promotion
• The ability to execute detailed operational processes through others
• An interest or passion for wine, and the willingness to learn more
• Strong recruiting, interviewing, and staffing skills
• Outstanding communication skills, with a good "floor presence"
• Superior customer service skills
• A strong point of view that is utilized to move the business forward 
• The ability to quickly resolve problems 
• The ability to Receive and Merchandise
• The ability to relocate for future opportunities is a plus
