Job Description:

My client is a global leader in chemical and specialty chemical production. Currently they are searching for an excperienced HR Manager to join their team and make a positive impact on the company and its employees.

Responsibilities:

• The HR Manager will be responsible for all day-to-day employee relations issues.
• Will ensure proper and timely recruitment activities for personnel.
• Will work with the Corporate HR team to ensure consistency and best practice sharing to leverage the plant site.
• Will aid in the completion of business goals agreed upon in conjunction with the corporation.
• Will have the ability to mentor directors and resolve conflict within the work site.

Requirements:

• A completed 4 year degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Chemical plant experience.
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive work history
• Must be well-versed in EEO and Affirmative Action
