Customer Care/Call Center Specialist at Somerset

We have an immediate need for a Customer Care/Call Center Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION
Description (3 month contract)

Customer Care Specialist chief responsibility is to liaise between our customers and our technical support teams to resolve issues.
Customer Care Specialists duties include:
Creating work orders on PC for the purpose of dispatching field technicians.
Monitoring the Central Management System; to identify errors for dispatch or referral to internal groups.
Responding to requests from the field technicians via voice, text and email.
Responding to referred issues from external and internal sources via the telephone or email
Develop and send status reports to the Client on a periodic basis
Work History should show strong Technical Problem solving expertise with previous Employers.
Work History also shows heavy Dispatch or Customer Care experience.
Has PC Hardware knowledge through Work Experience or Education
Must know MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
Must be able to work different shifts, early mornings, nights, weekends and Holidays
