Client Services Manager (Customer Service) at Fanwood

The Role: A conscientious Client Services Manager is required to join an entrepreneurial business providing information services. Our customers are major private sector organisations. You will help us to deliver exceptional levels of service to our clients in North America.

Contract: 37.5 per week (7.5 hours per day x 5 days per week), at will basis
Location: from home in New Jersey (ideally close to Short Hills) or possibly NYC
Experience required: Previous office based client/customer service experience important
Start Date: Immediate/within 1 month

Key Responsibilities: These are the main tasks in the role:

  • Manage regional clients including renewals and on-boarding new clients
  • Assist with management of global clients
  • Manageclient participation in our services
  • Conduct face-to-face and web-audio demos to all clients
  • Manage, train and appraise Client Service Executive/Administrator
  • Provide summaries of activities achieved in current week and planned for following week.

They are looking for an AVP of Claims for their Management and Professional Liability Claims Dept. This person will work with the US Claim Team Leader to lead the claims handling within the department. This role will also include direct claims underwriting support to the US MPL Business Group and participation in the marketing strategy to grow their brand in the US marketplace.

Responsibilities include:

Direct claims handling and/or oversight claims management of all MPL claims
Complete Large Loss Reports for management on potential high exposure claims
Establish reserves
Engage in ALAE control and management by selecting, instructing and managing 3rd party vendors
Build and foster relationships with brokers and claims advocates

Qualifications:

5+ years experience in the legal or insurance profession dealing specifically with civil litigation involving Healthcare OR technical claims analysis, management and resolution of primary and excess Healthcare claims

Comprehensive understanding and knowledge of state and federal laws applicable to MPL claims
