Client Services Manager (Customer Service) at Fanwood

The Role: A conscientious Client Services Manager is required to join an entrepreneurial business providing information services. Our customers are major private sector organisations. You will help us to deliver exceptional levels of service to our clients in North America.

Contract: 37.5 per week (7.5 hours per day x 5 days per week), at will basis
Location: from home in New Jersey (ideally close to Short Hills) or possibly NYC
Experience required: Previous office based client/customer service experience important
Start Date: Immediate/within 1 month

Key attributes: The successful candidate is likely to have/be:

  • Self-motivated and be able to work independently
  • A good telephone manner
  • Good at building client relationships
  • Outgoing manner
  • Team worker
  • Self-disciplined
  • Must have working knowledge of Web based programs and be proficient in Excel.

Role and company may suit someone who:

  • Is prepared and able to travel to meet clients and attend meetings across North America
  • Has previous experience in large organisations and is looking to move to a more agile organisation.


Key Responsibilities: These are the main tasks in the role:

  • Manage regional clients including renewals and on-boarding new clients
  • Assist with management of global clients
  • Manageclient participation in our services
  • Conduct face-to-face and web-audio demos to all clients
  • Manage, train and appraise Client Service Executive/Administrator
  • Provide summaries of activities achieved in current week and planned for following week.
