We are currently seeking experienced staffing professionals with strongsupervisory andcoordinatingskillswho has an exceptional ability to communicate and work with a wide variety ofclients. Detail oriented, organized and confidentindividuals with excellent people skills and a "can do" attitude will be ideal forourIndustrial StaffingDivisionlocated in Woodbury, NJ. Must be ablework/travel to Vineland, NJ.

The ideal candidate willable to multi task, prioritizeand have a drive to succeed in a fast paced industry. Previous Supervisory/Coordinating experience in theTemporary Staffing Industry is preferred.
Strong identification of talent/recruitmentskills is a key.

As a Staffing Supervisor, you will contribute to our success by performing the following:

Duties:

*Will work as a hands onSupervisorwhile filling customer requests.

*Coordinates employee work schedules.

*Responsible for organizing and implementing innovative recruitment process. Builds a pipeline of
availablecandidates.

*Supervisory responsibilities oftemporary staff.

* Recruits, interviews, hires and trains staff members.

*Counsels employees and handles terminations as warranted.

*May perform employee background checks and drug screens.

* Coach and provide direction to temporary staff. Set standards for expected performance.

*Enforces company policies and procedures.

* Handles work related injuries and ensures proper process is followed.

* Has a strong safety awareness and identifies concerns.

*Work with management to implement changes.
