People Science is comprised of a team of “forward thinkers and doers” within Recruiting and Recruitment Processing. From our inception in 1997, companies have relied on People Science to break the code of their toughest and most complicated recruiting efforts. As a result of our success, we consider ourselves pioneers in the field of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO).
Currently, People Science is looking for entry and mid level recruiters to join our expanding team onsite in Shrewsbury, NJ! To exceed our clients growing needs, we are looking to add talent to our experienced and skilled recruiting team.
Responsibilities:
- Screening and tracking applicants on job boards (Career Builder, Monster, Zip Recruiter) and social media (Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook)
- Answering and making a high volume of phone calls from prospective candidates
- Scheduling phone interviews and interaction with hiring managers in regards to job requirements and candidates
- Managing a high volume of online applications and updating the internal candidate database
- interaction and collaboration with team members to discuss recruiting and interview strategies
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy in Windows environment including MS Word and Excel, along with Internet proficiency
- The ability to break down technical requirements and job descriptions
- Self motivated and able to multi-task effectively
- Attention to detail and the ability to meet pressing deadlines
- Desire to grow with the company
- Enthusiastic with a customer service/sales personality
- Experience with high volume and/or full cycle recruiting preferred; for an inexperienced candidate, training would be available.
