Help Desk - Tier 1 Support - Lean Manufacturing Environment at Long Branch

Classification: Hardware Analyst

Compensation: $45,000.99 to $55,000.00 per year

Company that manufactures memory foam comfort products has an opening for Tier 1 support! This is an opportunity to work in a Lean Manufacturing environment and to not only be exposed, but get hands on with the most up to date technology! This individual will serve as the initial point of contact for resolution and must be able to troubleshoot, research, diagnose, document, and resolve technical issues surrounding Windows XP, Windows 7, MS Office applications, email, other special applications, Internet connections, and hardware/peripheral equipment via telephone. Clear communication and customer service skills are a must! Travel up to 25% throughout US.

Job Requirements

IT Degree or 2+ years of directly relevant Information Technology Service Desk experience. Troubleshooting for desktops, phones, laptops VPN Active Directory Microsoft Exchange Server Knowledge of SharePoint 2010, 2013 plus!
