Job Description

Job Classification: Contract TEKsystems has an immediate need for a Healthcare Business Analyst with experience helping to integrate standards for our client in Moorestown, NJ Only qualified candidates should apply and will be contacted for an interview.The BA will be tasked with determining software requirements for the current systems in order for this client to meet compliance. The Business Analyst will work with the client, the development team, and the testing team as necessary to produce required deliverables that meet contract quality standards. - Develop a knowledge base on the major systems and applications affected by ICD-10- Act as a Liaison with business and IT, analyzing and resolving any gaps or conflicts - Assist in assessing risks and working to resolve issues as they come up- Analyzes Operational requirements, especially in the areas of training, testing, and accounts receivable- Assesses risks and makes recommendations for IS alignment with Operational requirements - Represents the project in a highly professional, supportive manner, facilitating open communication and rapid response to stakeholder needs and concerns- Ability to elicit, document, and manage complex requirements- Knowledge of hospital business and clinical processes- Familiarity with ICD coding and the challenges of ICD-10- Ability to establish productive working relationships with technical personnel, vendors, upper management and business leaders, physicians and clinical staff.- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple job duties- Exceptional time management and organization skills- Ability to deploy business analysis tools including Surveys, Gap Analysis, Problem Analysis, and Business Analysis Planning- Exhibits confidence and an extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices when solving business problems- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Excellent personal organization, time management, and project management skills - Proficient at Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, and Microsoft Project- ICD-10 experience (preferred)- HIPPA experience (preferred) Join TEKsystems and get your career on the fast track.
