Federal Credit Union located near the Hightstown area is aggressively seeking a lending manager to manage workflow, ensuring customer service standards are met and procedures are current and in compliance in accordance with Federal and State rules and regulations; analyze workflow policies/procedures and recommend changes as appropriate; maintain appropriate records/documents under specified security control; review loan performance reports; assists in hiring, setting performance standards, training, writing/conducting performance reviews. Underwrite consumer loan applications, including home equity loans. Promote other applicable credit union products and services to loan applicants. REQUIREMENTS: BS/BA 8-10 years experience in financial institution with in-depth Lending knowledge 5-7 years Supervisor Experience Heavy Excel and MS Word skills a must Previous Mortgage Lending a plus Familiar with a variety of the fields concepts, practices, and procedures We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
