Foundation Title is seeking applicants to fill the entry level position for a New Jersey Title Insurance Processor for both refinance and purchase real estate transactions.
Qualified applicants will gain experience with the following:
-Reviewing title commitments.
-Reviewing all documents related to the closing process, including lender closing instructions and conveyancing.
-Preparation of HUD 1 settlement statement
-Processing documents for recording.
-Becoming familiar with NJ tax and municipal liens.
-Heavy communication with lenders and banks.
-Heavy communication with legal offices.
-Heavy communication with real estate offices.
The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal skills and light computer skills and be able to maintain a sense of humor and pleasant demeanor in a fast paced environment.
