Senior / Lead Oracle DBA - to $160k at Newark

Leading Telco provider is seeking a Senior / Lead Oracle DBA, based Newark NJ.

This is a permanent role, asap start, no travel required. Base salary circa $160k.

You will be working in a senior leadership capacity within a team of 7. This is a mixed role requiring strong skills across; business interactions, IT strategy, database architecture, project management and people management.

You will primarily be working as an operational DBA as it is quite a mature internal setup; Oracle 11/10g, with the datawarehousing already in place.

Around 30 production servers, typically 500GB to 5TB (DW) in size. Primarily a Linux environment.

They also utilise Exadata, Grid Control 12c, Oracle Financials, Hyperion internally - any expertise across any or all of these will be viewed favourably.

To be successful in the role you will have demonstrable senior / lead experience as an Oracle DBA, within Enterprise environments. Preference will be given to
locally based applicants. This is a permanent role with no opportunity for visa sponsorship.
