Professional Customer Services Rep at Blackwood

U.S. Vision has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service/Optical Helpline Associateworking in our state-of-the-art, air-conditioned manufacturing facility. This position provides support to our customers in over 42 States. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all activities. Conduct research, find answersfor candidates in a timely fashion. This position will deal with variances, spreadsheets and logs. Must becomfortable conducting phone surveys.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years experience working in a customer service capacity. Experience in a call center preferred
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Computer Skills - Must possess expert skill level in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Highly organized and a strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain effective business relationships and engage in teamwork.
  • May be required to work early or late, depending on events and business needs.
