We currently have an opening for a Pricing Clerk, a d

iversified opportunity for an experienced Pricing professional who enjoys variety and challenge. The desired candidate will have strong communication skills, math skills, the ability to meet deadlines, have an outgoing personality and be flexible enough to adjust to changing conditions.

ESSENTIAL DUITES AND RESPONSIBILITES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

RIP (Retail Incentive Programs) maintenance

Assist Pricing Supervisor in month price filing

New Item Form Maintenance

Depletion Allowance maintenance

FOB maintenance

Cost Structure maintenance

Verify supplier invoice prices as needed.

Performs other job-related duties as directed.

Qualifications

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to operate proactively and independently in organizing, prioritizing and completing projects and assignments with speed, accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to meet designated deadlines is also a critical qualification.

Must have basic mathematical skills

Computer skills with proficient knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Word and other software as needed. Willingness to learn new software.

Willingness and ability to work flexible schedule.

Professional demeanor, including energy and enthusiasm to work in a visible position.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent training, plus a minimum of 3-4 years prior Pricing experience preferably in the Wine and Spirits industry.
