Administrative Assistant, Data Quality Assistant – Processing Support

One2OneUS is seeking a motivated individual who is detail oriented with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and excellent computer skills to join our team on a full time basis as an Data Quality Assistant – Processing Support  at our location in Maple Shade, Burlington County, NJ.  As we continue to grow, we are hopeful to find someone ready to grow with us! 

 

One2OneUS is a Food and Beverage Service Data Tracking business. Headquartered in Maple Shade, NJ, One2OneUS is a data collector that consolidates foodservice data into a data warehouse and provides reporting to customers.

This position must have an individual that is PROFICIENT in Microsoft office, no exceptions. You will provide support to our customer base by entering and maintaining our internal C.R. M. System. Heavy computer usage is a requirement of this position, so you must be able to efficiently navigate around Microsoft Windows 7.
 

Some of the Responsibilities include the following:

  Processing/analyzing data 

  Classifying Data

  Producing various reports

  Processing accounts receivable

 Perform basic general clerical duties such as photocopying, answering phones, assisting other team members

 

Job Requirements

Requirements:

Proficient in the latest versions of Microsoft Office Suite (excel, access, word, outlook, Power Point)- 3 years’ experience NO EXCEPTIONS

Ability to be a self-starter, be attentive to details and work independently

 
Ability to stay organized and manages multiple data streams at once

 
Ability to learn codes and abbreviations for proprietary data base

 
Excellent communication (both oral and written). Speak in a clear and confident voice

 
A proven history of being punctual, responsible, and reliable

Must be available M-F from 8am- 5pm
